I started my career in social media, which taught me early on the value of establishing an open dialogue with my target audience. Whether that is through DMs and comments or user testing and NPS surveys.  

Now, as a holistic marker, I love getting to know people —what makes them tick, what makes them feel something, what makes them engage. Prioritizing these conversations and learning how consumers talk about you is key to building a world-class brand. Prior to consulting, I worked in tech for companies like Ellevest and Sofar Sounds for 10 years.
